Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all tags and original accessories
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baby Bottles, Breastfeeding accessories, Bibs, and Compression Wraps unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Complete the return request form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – our parenting specialists will review your request within 2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Louisville facility (address provided upon approval)

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You can expect:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval (depending on your financial institution)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For exchanges of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
