Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after processing
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after processing
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Our Thoughtful Returns Process
We select every item with care for your little one, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Order number required
Non-Returnable Items (for health and safety reasons):
- Baby Bottles
- Breastfeeding accessories
- Bibs
- Compression Wraps
Exceptions: We will accept returns if these items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our parenting specialists will review your request within 2 business days
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible
- Ship to Us: Send to our Louisville facility (address provided upon approval)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (varies by financial institution)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error
Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges:
- Same Value: Replacement ships when return is received
- Higher Value: We’ll invoice you for the difference
- Lower Value: We’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
