4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. We only consider an order confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. While we check prices carefully, if we discover an error in pricing, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

4.4 Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

5.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.4 Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt, provided items are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Baby Bottles
• Breastfeeding accessories
• Bibs
• Compression Wraps

Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective.

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our approval (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely (original packaging preferred)
4. Ship to our Louisville facility (address provided upon approval)

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for items of equal, higher, or lower value. For higher value items, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
